Factory Steel Bldg. having a covered area of 23,000+ Sq.m.of Zamil Pre-Engineered Steel Bldg. along with 7-No.s Over Head Cranes of 5-Tonne lifting capacity per each OH crane (Changing of molds for Injection Machines). Clear height at Side-Walls of 9.50m & 13.00m at the ridge. Tower Section 16m Clear Ht. While Steel Bldg. accessories included ‘Ridge Ventilators’ / Roof Mounted Power Extract Fans with special roof kerbs / Fiber Glass wool heat insulation / Roof Lite Panels / Roll Up Shutter Doors/ Roof Top Chiller Platforms/ Roof Top Cat Walks/ Eave Gutters & Down Spouts. Complete execution of Survey work & Layouts/Earth Works/All related Civil Works for the Steel Bldg. including external Asphalting / Boundary Wall with Electrically operated gates / 3-No.s of special ‘Silos Foundations ‘(Outside of Tower Bldg.). B ) 2nd Area : SERVICES AREA: e.g. Laboratories / Testing Area / Stores / Canteen / Masjid / Ware House / Repair Work Shop / Maintenance Facility etc. Factory Steel Bldg. having a covered area of 12,000+ Sq.m.of Zamil Pre-Engineered Steel Bldg. along with a Mezzanine Floor of 8,000+ Sq.m. Clear height at Side-Walls of 11.0m & 9.50m respectively at either ends & 13.00m at the common ridge. Steel Bldg. accessories included ‘Ridge Ventilators’ / Roof Mounted Power Extract Fans with special roof kerbs / Fiber Glass wool heat insulation / Roof Lite Panels / Roll Up Shutter Doors / Sliding Doors/ Eave Gutters & Down Spouts.
