Fanar Private Limited was established in 1997 and is a sister concern of Fanar Al Khaleej Co. - A construction firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Fanar Al Khaleej Co. has successfully completed a good number of quality Industrial/Office Building & Residential Projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They were appointed builders for ``Saudi Arabia Building Systems`` (JUFFALI BUTLER) on 10th March 1998.
Fanar Private Limited started its operations in Pakistan to service the growing market in construction industry. Fanar Private Limited is registered with SECP since 1997 under registration number: I – 9286 & registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C- 4/E under licence number: 11216.
Fanar Private Limited specializes in
- Turnkey solutions of construction projects from ‘Conceptual Design To Execution’
- Land survey works including Topographic Survery and Contouring
- Infrastructure development works, Civil Building works/ R.C.C Structure works , Electro-Mech. & HVAC works

As CEO of a Construction company and being a civil engineer myself with diversified experience in the construction field of 40-Years partly achieved in Pakistan and then abroad in Saudi Arabia, as such I am quite familiar with the latest mode of construction techniques adopted for timely & satisfactory project execution works presently in practice abroad. Further it gives me immense professional satisfaction to be a provider of innovative and economical solutions to our esteemed clientele keeping constantly in our mind both ‘Quality Control & Quality Assurance’, to satisfy our clients needs and at the same time to suit their budget too, irrespective that our client’s are either pursuing to execute a new job or simply wanted refurbishment/ trouble shooting of the existing one.
