This New factory & Head Office Bldg.of Nepro-Plast was constructed at their old location in Jeddah Industrial City-1, Saudi Arabia. Overall Area For the Office Building is 4,000+ Sq.m. While Area for Adjacent Plant-3, Factory Bldg. ( 2-No.s Steel Building’s ) is 9,000+ Sq.m.
HEAD OFFICE BUILDING
Scope of work included the dismantling & disposal of existing Hot Rolled Steel Building and replacing it with new Pre-Engineered Multi Storied Steel Bldg. Designed by Zamil Steel ‘ZS’, having an overall covered area of 4,000+ Sq.m. and Glass-Curtain Wall (Double Glazing with Tempered Tinted Glass 6mm thick and space in between ) Cladding at the Front-side Elevation, with hinged windows. While the Side-Elevations ( 2-No.s) were having Aluminum Panels Wall Cladding.
Back Elevation of Bldg. had Corrugated Steel Sheets Panels with Fiber Glass wool Heat Insulation. Supply & Installation of 2-No.s Otis Lifts each having capacity of 10-Persons. Execution of all Civil / Finishing / Plumbing / Fire Fighting / Data / Electro-Mechanical & Central Air-Conditioning Works. Concrete slab for outside Car Parking Area
PLANT-3, FACTORY STEEL BUILDING’S ( 2-N0.s)
1st Factory Steel Bldg. is for Production of PVC pipes, having an Area of 4,000+ Sq.m, of Zamil Steel ‘ZS’, Pre-Engineered Steel Bldg. Clear height at Side-Walls of 9.50m & 13.00m at the ridge. While Steel Bldg. accessories included ‘Ridge Ventilators’ / Roof Mounted Power Extract Fans with special roof kerbs / Fiber Glass wool heat insulation / Roof Lite Panels / Roll Up Shutter Doors/ Roof Top Chiller. Including all Civil / Electro-Mech. Works.
2nd Warehouse Steel Bldg. is for Storage of PVC pipes , having an Area of 5,000+ Sq.m, of Zamil Steel ‘ZS’, Pre-Engineered Steel Bldg. Eave height at Side-Walls of 9.00m & 11.00m height at the ridge. While Steel Bldg. accessories included ‘Ridge Ventilators’ / Roof Mounted Power Extract Fans with special roof kerbs / Fiber Glass wool heat insulation / Roof Lite Panels / Double Sliding Doors. Including all Civil / Electro-Mech. Works.
SAUDI ELECTRIC COMPANY
The project was mainly for the construction of 3-No.s, 5,000 Cu.M (Capacity Per Each Tank) of Crude oil Fuel Storage Tanks on “Turn Key Basis”, along with the “Design & Construction” of ‘ Mechanical Maintenance Steel Bldg.’ & ‘ Main Testing Laboratory ‘of RCC Concrete Bldg
This PP of “SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY “( SEC ) is situated at 3 KM from Madinah Airport, Saudi Arabia. The project was mainly for the construction of 3-No.s, 5,000 Cu.M (Capacity Per Each Tank) of Crude oil Fuel Storage Tanks on “Turn Key Basis”, along with the “Design & Construction” of ‘ Mechanical Maintenance Steel Bldg.’ & ‘ Main Testing Laboratory ‘of RCC Concrete Bldg. Also ‘Upgrading of existing ‘Earthing/Grounding’ underground net of whole Power Plant Area. Brief description of above is as follows ;
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION OF 3-N0.s , 5,000 Cu.M, FUEL STORAGE STEEL TANKS.
Complete Design and execution of all Civil Works including , Earthwork / Backfilling & Compaction / RCC Ring Foundations with anchor bolts for 3-No.s Steel Storage Tanks, its internal drainage system, RCC concrete Dyke Wall at periphery & RCC concrete Internal Partition Separation Walls with sleeves for internal connectivity in case of rupture of any Fuel Storage Tank, RCC concrete Dyke Slab with independent sumps for Storage Tanks for Dyke Slab Area with necessary PVC drain piping . RCC concrete Pipe Supports & embedded Inserts for Fire Water / Fuel / FM 200 piping’s.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION OF PP MAIN TESTING LABORATORY
Job executed on Turn-Key basis for the complete ‘Design and Execution’ of a 2-Storeied ‘ Re-in forced Cement Concrete ’ ( RCC ) Building, having an overall covered area of 432 Sq.m,including all related Civil / Electrical / Data / Plumbing / Grounding & HVAC Works for Central Air-Conditioning system of the whole Bldg. ( 25-Tonne Package Units at Roof Top along with Supply / Return Ducting ).
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION OF PP MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE WORKSHOP.
Workshop Steel Bldg. having a covered area of 1,000+ Sq.m.of Zamil Steel ‘ZS’ Pre-Engineered Steel Bldg. along with 1-No. Over Head Crane of 25-Tonne lifting capacity. Clear height at Side-Walls of 10.00m & 10.60m at the ridge. While Steel Bldg. accessories included ‘Ridge Ventilators’ / Roof Mounted Power Extract Fans with special roof kerbs / Fiber Glass wool heat insulation / Roof Lite Panels / Double-Leaf Sliding Doors/ Eave Gutters & Down Spouts. Survey work & Layouts/Earth Works/All related Civil Works for the Steel Bldg. including external Concreting of Apron & Access RCC concrete slab / Construction of Internal Offices –RCC Bldg. & RCC Roof Mounted Spare Parts Storage Area. Complete Installation of Steel Bldg. with all related Electro-Mech. & HVAC Works.
DESIGN & UPGRADING OF EXISTING PP GROUNDING NET.
TASK : To reduce prevailing ground resistance of 2.00 Ohm of Madinah Power Plant ‘Grounding Net’ up to 0.50 Ohm. Job executed for the complete ‘Design and Execution’ with addition of 20-No.s new Grounding / Earthing Copper Rods ( 3.0m Depth ), along with backup chemicals. Further some new areas of Power Plant ‘PP’ were also integrated with the existing Grounding Net System by laying of underground copper conductor.
ALSTOM WORKSHOP
This project comprised of ‘Main Workshop Bldg’ including a 60-Tonne Over-Head Crane and a clear height of 14m along with an adjacent Service & Utility Areas with a standard height of 7m
This ‘Work Shop’ is located at Rabigh Industrial Area, Saudi Arabia for serving “SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY “( SEC ). Overall Area 18,000 Sq.m. This project comprised of ‘Main Workshop Bldg’ including a 60-Tonne Over-Head Crane and a clear height of 14m along with an adjacent Service & Utility Areas with a standard height of 7m.In addition, a separate Office Block with 8-No.s Offices/Meeting room/Canteen/Data Room/First aid room.
This project included a fully enclosed ‘Oven Bldg.’, with Underground & Surface Heating System connected to the Main Workshop Building by Rail-Tracks for Heavy Duty Trolley access.
This project also included Stand-By Gen-Set Enclosure / Compressed Air & Nitrogen Tanks / Vehicle Repair Shop / Electrical Repair Shop / Battery Shop / Under Ground RCC a) Potable Water Tank, b) Industrial Water Tank, c) Dirty Oil Tank, d) Sewage Tank. e) Chemical Waste Tank.
Further, this project had Under Ground Electrical Duct Banks & Electrical manholes beside complete separate system for domestic and Industrial waste collection system.

Clear height at Side-Walls of 9.50m & 13.00m at the ridge. Tower Section 16m Clear Ht. While Steel Bldg. accessories included ‘Ridge Ventilators’ / Roof Mounted Power Extract Fans with special roof kerbs / Fiber Glass wool heat insulation / Roof Lite Panels / Roll Up Shutter Doors/ Roof Top Chiller Platforms/ Roof Top Cat Walks/ Eave Gutters & Down Spouts. B ) 2nd Area : SERVICES AREA: e.g. Laboratories / Testing Area / Stores / Canteen / Masjid / Ware House / Repair Work Shop / Maintenance Facility etc. Factory Steel Bldg. having a covered area of 12,000+ Sq.m.of Zamil Pre-Engineered Steel Bldg. along with a Mezzanine Floor of 8,000+ Sq.m. Clear height at Side-Walls of 11.0m & 9.50m respectively at either ends & 13.00m at the common ridge. Steel Bldg. accessories included ‘Ridge Ventilators’ / Roof Mounted Power Extract Fans with special roof kerbs / Fiber Glass wool heat insulation / Roof Lite Panels / Roll Up Shutter Doors / Sliding Doors/ Eave Gutters & Down Spouts. Steel Bldg. accessories included ‘Ridge Ventilators’ / Roof Mounted Power Extract Fans with special roof kerbs / Roof Top Chiller Platforms/ Roof Top Cat Walks / Fiber Glass wool heat insulation / Roof Lite Panels / Roll Up Shutter Doors/ Sliding Doors & Eave Gutters & Down Spouts. Complete execution of Survey work & Layouts/Earth Works/All related Civil Works for the Steel Bldg. including External Asphalting 7 Walkways / Boundary Wall with Electrically operated gates / Complete Installation of Steel Bldg. with all related Electro-Mech. Works. Also Including Foundations with related Electrical /Mechanical Trenches for 6-Nos, 1MW Stand By Diesel Generator sets.
AQUAT FOOD INDUSTRIES (AL-BAIK)
This project is situated in Phase-3 of Jeddah Industrial City 1, Saudi Arabia. Project work involved part dismantling of their existing plant Building and replacing it with a new Pre-Engineered Steel Building
This project is situated in Phase-3 of Jeddah Industrial City 1, Saudi Arabia. Project work involved part dismantling of their existing plant Building and replacing it with a new Pre-Engineered Steel Building having an area of 6,000+ Sq.m, from Saudi Building Systems ( SBS-BUTLER ) having one column support at the center in addition to 2-Side-wall columns and new increased ‘Eave height’ from earlier 7.00m to 10.00m in order to accommodate their new Walk-in Chillers having @ 9.0m clear height. Also Construction of 4-No.s new Steel Bldg.’s with Mezzanine Floors for ‘Office & Maintenance Areas’, connected ( WX ) to Aquat existing old factory Building having an ‘Overall Office / Maint. Area’ of 3,000+ Sq.m. with Double Flight Stair Cases. Including Roof & Walls corrugated steel sheet cladding with fiber glass wool heat insulation, Mezzanine Steel Deck Sheeting and all related Civil / Electro-Mech. Works.
We have also constructed RCC concrete Box-Culvert for Rain water Drainage with Steel Gratings Manholes at regular intervals for the intake of rain water, all along the length of the ‘Aquat Factory’ premises at the back-side, and discharging Invert-Level was at the Road-Level. Further to above Box Culvert , RCC concrete Grade Slab was also casted at the Top for vehicular Parking/Traffic.
