This ‘Work Shop’ is located at Rabigh Industrial Area, Saudi Arabia for serving “SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY “( SEC ). Overall Area 18,000 Sq.m. This project comprised of ‘Main Workshop Bldg’ including a 60-Tonne Over-Head Crane and a clear height of 14m along with an adjacent Service & Utility Areas with a standard height of 7m.In addition, a separate Office Block with 8-No.s Offices/Meeting room/Canteen/Data Room/First aid room.
This project included a fully enclosed ‘Oven Bldg.’, with Underground & Surface Heating System connected to the Main Workshop Building by Rail-Tracks for Heavy Duty Trolley access.
This project also included Stand-By Gen-Set Enclosure / Compressed Air & Nitrogen Tanks / Vehicle Repair Shop / Electrical Repair Shop / Battery Shop / Under Ground RCC a) Potable Water Tank, b) Industrial Water Tank, c) Dirty Oil Tank, d) Sewage Tank. e) Chemical Waste Tank.
Further, this project had Under Ground Electrical Duct Banks & Electrical manholes beside complete separate system for domestic and Industrial waste collection system.
