This project is situated in Phase-3 of Jeddah Industrial City 1, Saudi Arabia. Project work involved part dismantling of their existing plant Building and replacing it with a new Pre-Engineered Steel Building having an area of 6,000+ Sq.m, from Saudi Building Systems ( SBS-BUTLER ) having one column support at the center in addition to 2-Side-wall columns and new increased ‘Eave height’ from earlier 7.00m to 10.00m in order to accommodate their new Walk-in Chillers having @ 9.0m clear height. Also Construction of 4-No.s new Steel Bldg.’s with Mezzanine Floors for ‘Office & Maintenance Areas’, connected ( WX ) to Aquat existing old factory Building having an ‘Overall Office / Maint. Area’ of 3,000+ Sq.m. with Double Flight Stair Cases. Including Roof & Walls corrugated steel sheet cladding with fiber glass wool heat insulation, Mezzanine Steel Deck Sheeting and all related Civil / Electro-Mech. Works.
We have also constructed RCC concrete Box-Culvert for Rain water Drainage with Steel Gratings Manholes at regular intervals for the intake of rain water, all along the length of the ‘Aquat Factory’ premises at the back-side, and discharging Invert-Level was at the Road-Level. Further to above Box Culvert , RCC concrete Grade Slab was also casted at the Top for vehicular Parking/Traffic.
